These tokens are inspired by the concept of compassion and my experience of compassion focused therapy. The idea that we need connection to soothe our nervous systems in times of stress and difficulty made me realise how important little reminders of how others care for us are in maintaining our mental health. I decided to create some cards that had elements which could be carried with you to serve as reminders, or positive triggers for people who are struggling.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Have you ever sent a get well or sympathy card, wishing it could be easily carried around by the person you sent it to, to remind them of your love and support, even when out and about - when they might need it most?
This original photography of a single dandelion seed, professionally printed onto thick card made from 100% recycled cotton t-shirts is a just such a portable token or keepsake of love, hope, courage, strength and support. It's the size of a credit card so can easily be slipped into a wallet or purse.
The back bears the message:
A little bit of hope, love, strength & courage.
Keep me with you.
Look at me.
Breathe.
One moment at a time.
"You too are a child of the universe, no less than the stars and the trees - be gentle with yourself"
There is also space to add a crisis number, the sender's number or a personal message from the sender. The card is also textured which may help distract and soothe during times of difficulty.
The card comes with a little kraft brown envelope.
