Slight unevenness of glaze and/or form is evidence that the mug is handmade and adds to its rustic charm.

PRODUCT CARE
We recommend hand washing after use as harsh dishwasher chemicals may cause glazes to become dulled over time. Be mindful that ceramics can suffer from thermal shock if they go from hot to cold or vice versa too fast.
Essentially, whilst your pieces are quite robust they’re also a bit fancy and like a little TLC.
