You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

RETURNS Jewellery that you have purchased that is not to your satisfaction, please return within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Before returning Jewellery please contact me beforehand to let me know. Please email Crystal Clarke Jewellery at crystalclarkejewellery@crystalclarke.co.uk and give your order number, let me know why you are returning the Jewellery. Please return Jewellery by Special Delivery and either email or telephone me the Postal Reference Number. Please ensure that goods are adequately packed. Responsibility cannot be accepted for goods lost or damaged in the post through insufficient packing. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel your order, either telephone or email Crystal Clarke Jewellery at crystalclarkejewellery@crystalclarke.co.uk with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If I have already dispatched your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to me and then I can refund you.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
