Hi there and welcome to my shop. Here you will find old embroideries, vintage fabrics and sparkling remnants made into something pretty and practical once again. I re-stock slowly but surely, so do keep coming back for a browse.
As I try to recycle where I can, your order will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging from my hoard.

This design began by incorporating those familiar sewing symbols into a surface pattern, and then got mixed up with some stylised flower heads!
It has a very hand printed quality to it, with some of the printing fading out towards the lower edges. I have stressed the handmade quality further, by incorporating the little scissor symbols and instructions around the edges.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This is my own design using stylised flowers, mixed with the lovely symbols from the instruction sheets folded inside dress making patterns.
This would make a sweet gift for anyone who has caught the sewing bug, or a lover of textiles.
I have hand screen printed it from my own design, and it also has a hand drawn, hand printed quality to it. An unusual item, it could be displayed as a little art work in its own right!
The purse is printed onto white denim
It is 20 cm long
It is 13 cm deep
There is a beige zip opening measuring 20 cm
It is lined with red and white checked gingham
There is a cluster of 3 buttons in the lower left corner, as well as a few buttons stitched and scattered over the surface
There is a different pattern of flowers and symbols on the reverse, which fades a little in a hand printed style towards the bottom edge
There is a finger hook in the top right hand corner for twirling around your finger or to use for displaying your lovely purse in an arty spot
Please take special care of my printing. Wash by hand in cool water. Leave to dry naturally and press with a steam iron, being mindful of where the buttons are.
I like to re-use as much as possible. Your purse will arrive wrapped in clean, recycled packaging.
It will be posted out as signed for 2nd class Royal Mail, and will therefore require a signature.
