This item was made using pewter and old rollers that were made in Sheffield.The patterns are very old and each bookmark I make is a one off .The pewter takes on the patterns of the rollers.The patterns are Victorian and are still as popular today as when they were originally cut..We have sold a tremendous amount of these because people like the quirky nature of them and the fact they can fit inside a greeting card which is good for posting (especially if sending abroad)or because they wrap neatly so make a great table top gift.
