I love to solder and make 3D items. I adapted a Xmas idea into items I can make for all times of the year.
This one of a kind little decorative doll measures approx. 6" from head to toe.
I have hand cut the glass to make her body, and hand soldered it together to house the Happy Birthday sentiment, The sentiment is placed in front of a summer themed shabby chic background of butterflies and flowers.
Her head not only has its own crown but it features a beautiful vintage face, surrounded by red glitter and a loop of ribbon at the top so she can hang up. She has a white lace ruffle and a red satin skirt made from ribbon. Here arms and legs move, and have been made with a mix of vintage beads, tiny seed beads and Swarovski beads.
This would make a great alternative to a birthday card this year for a special someone in your life.
