Profits will be donated to Toybox, a charity that works with street children across the globe to give them a better quality of life. The amount donated will be stated on the item.
I started raising money for Toybox on 25th August 2023, and to date £257.56 has been raised by my lovely Folksy customers, £237.06 of which was transferred to Toybox between 20/11/23 and 8/11/24.

This piece was inspired by a tutorial from Ellad2, a brilliant Italian jewellery designer, who gives permission for items made from her patterns to be sold. Her name for it is Zonnetje pendant. Zonnetje in Dutch means ‘little Sun’.

Full description
This stunning beadwoven pendant is in shades of dark blue and dark petrol blue. Many of the beads are iridescent having accents of purple, bronze and green. This twelve-pointed hollow-centred pendant is double-sided. This means that if it flips over whilst being worn, it will still look just as pretty. Glass pearly beads (6mm) and iridescent oval Superduo beads are embedded in a network of little seed beads. These seed beads are Miyuki, renowned for their high quality. The pendant is strung on silver-plated snake chain finished with a trigger clasp. This chain is of good quality and drapes well.
The pendant is 5cms (2ins) in diameter, approximately 1cm (0.4ins) thick and is suspended on a 40.6cms (16ins) snake chain. The chain is approximately 1.5mm (0.06ins) thick. The snake chain could be exchanged for a longer one at a small extra cost. However this may also delay sending the item so please contact me before purchasing if you are interested in this option.
It will be sent wrapped in acid-free tissue paper in a sturdy cardboard box.
