Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher entirely handmade using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A bear, Winnie the Pooh with a golden body and red jumper and holding 3 balloons, red, blue and green. I've painted his face and baked it in the oven to make it colourfast and Pooh is still smiling.
I designed this for a commission, liked what I made so made another, this one.
The suncatcher is 15cm high and 11 cm wide and hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top.
It would make a lovely decoration for a child's room but please note that this is an ornament made of glass and not a toy.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass. Every one is different.
I can make this with different coloured balloons.
The 5th photo is of the bear I made previously so you can see that though to the same pattern each is unique.
