This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A circle of rolling waves.
I've formed the waves into a circle and used lots of types of gorgeous turquoise textured glass for the effect of the rolling waves. In the centre is a lovely turquoise nugget topped with precious dichroic glass which I fused specially for this suncatcher in my kiln..
Note that I give no guarantee of symmetry in this piece, nor is it really intended.
A lovely simple design in a ring 14cm in diameter and hanging from a strong silvery chain which is securely attached at either side of the top.
It's framed in twisted wire for neatness and strength.
My pieces are all unique. I use different shades and textures of glass to ensure that everything I make, even when to the same pattern, is different.
I also have blue and green versions for sale as separate listings. See last photo.
