A stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A new design in Summer 2024.
I've made a trio of flowers. Sunflowers, bright yellow but all slightly different each with a fused glass yellow nugget at the centre. I've used different shades and textures of glass in each flower to give plenty of movement.
The sunflowers are firmly attached to each other and hang from a silvery little chain which is securely fastened to the top with a soldered wire ring.
This looks simply stunning hanging in the window and would make a lovely ornament for any room. It is approximately 18cm hign and 16cm high.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
I can of course make this in other colour combinations. If you prefer different colours please send me a note and I will make one for you to your choice of colour scheme.
