Full description
This chawan was wheelthrown by me using strong off-white stoneware clay and finished in a lovely dark charcoal with a white lacy reactive glaze dipped over the rim.
It holds about 600mls of liquid and stands 12.5cm across and 9cm high.
Weight 400gm.
Foodsafe glazes....dishwasher, oven and microwave safe.
Would also make a lovely rice bowl.
Included in this listing is a new, boxed, chasen bamboo whisk, and a chasaku bamboo tea scoop.
