Full description
Three beautiful little thrown bowls, one of which has been altered to an asymmetrical nest shape with twigs painted on the outside. Each bowl is painted with a beautiful summer blue underglaze and the inside of the bowl features a nest created by sponging on glaze. The egg shapes were masked off with latex and then once the decorations were finished the latex was removed to reveal the lovely little white eggs. After the addition of some speckles, the dishes have been finished off with a coat of transparent shiny glaze and makers mark on the bottom.
