Full description
This painting is Tenby Harbour Wales. The picturesque village goes back to the 13th century when it was a port for mainly Wool and Iron. In the 18th century the current stone harbour we see today was built, A young Henry V11 age 14yrs fled from Tenby to France. Colourful Georgian houses curve around the cove and is a popular holiday destination. I was inspired to paint this pretty village over looking the harbour with fond happy recollections of a holiday we had there when I was 9 years old. This would be suitable for any room.
