Hi and welcome to Born Again Bears. This name began as the first bears I made were as keepsakes and memories, made by bringing precious items back to new beginnings as special bears to cherish.
I enjoy making all different types and sizes of bears and indeed mice and have enjoyed becoming part of the Folksy family as an outlet for this.
International postage is a new area for me and I will happily combine postage. Please contact me for a price for this and I will do what I can to keep the cost as low as possible.

Full description
I have been waiting for a bear to suit the name Ammi and here she is. Just like the flower Ammi she is so fluffy, her fur is a super soft creamy white Mohair, quite unruly but beautiful to touch. Ammi has paw pads and ears lined with a matching velvet, she has English glass eyes and an embroidered face and claws. A lovely size for a cuddle at 15 inches tall and fully jointed with nut and bolt joints.
To continue the 'Born Again' theme Ammi has a collar created from a vintage crocheted lace doily which I have added more crochet as an edging and a ribbon tie. The whole colour palate is shades of white, just right for Summer.
This bear would make a lovely addition to any collection but is not suitable as a toy for young children.
I will send Ammi via Royal Mail 24hr tracked wrapped in tissue paper including her own name label inside a clean, reused cardboard box.
