A ploughed field, its surface transformed into a pattern of uneven hollows and parallel furrows.
Frost blanketed the ground, settling thickly in the pockets and grooves between each mound, creating a sparkling tapestry over the dark earth.
Seeds had already been sown into the rich, dark earth, but for now, they remained dormant, lying in wait beneath the surface for spring’s warmth and light to stir them to life.
