Full description
The is a supremely thick bath or shower mat made from wool blanket selvedge fabric.. Selvedge fabric is the edges of the fabric once it has been woven on the loom, the edges are then cut off and used to be discarded. More recently people are finding new ways to use this fabric and I have woven it on my old fashioned peg loom and turned it into a bath or shower mat; it could be used as a general purpose rug also.
It measures 77cm long, 58cm wide and 2cm thick (approx)
Similar to the other bath/shower mat I have listed, the colour way on this is the other way around - black in the middle and three other blends of grey, the lightest being on the outside.
