Full description
This is a lovely cream and navy blue wool rug made from the wool of the Cheviot sheep, native to Britain.
I have hand woven this on my old fashioned peg loom. The tassels on the end are the ends of the warp threads that run up and down the loom, made from strong cotton string.
It measures 105cm long including tassels, 50cm wide and 1cm thick (approx)
Ideal as a general rug, a bath/shower mat, a topper for a chair or sofa etc.
It has a few issues with it - a few pulls here and there, which you can see from the photos, the last three photos showing the reverse of the rug, so I have reduced the price. It's still perfectly serviceable and will give many years of service.
