A hand knitted Christmas tea pot cosie using icy seasonal coloured yarn. The body is knitted in a nordic blue coloured yarn, using garter stitch for thickness and stretchability, which ensures a good fit and yet ease for a swift removal when a 'top up' is needed. The tea pot handle peeps through the side opening so it dosnt get too hot to handle. There is a sparkly silver and duck egg blue stripe along the bottom which is then all finished off with a nordic blue knitted frill. The cosie is topped with 4 whirly - twirly knitted ribbons, the bottom set of knitted ribbons is in sparkly silver yarn, the middle set of knitted ribbons in duck egg blue and the top set in cream. A perfect Christmas gift, or for yourself...... just because it looks pretty on the kitchen work top.
