Pearls are considered the 30th wedding anniversary gift and the birthstone for June and Gemini.
Pearls have been coveted by mankind for millennia and have many legends associated with them.
In ancient China pearls were believed to protect the wearer from fire - and fire-breathing dragons!
They are also commonly linked to purity and innocence, the moon, the Goddess Venus, tears shed by the gods, and the journey of the soul along the path of perfection.

Full description
Each earring has three different length strands of freshwater rice Pearls.
The shortest strand has 3 Pearls, the mid-length one 5 Pearls and the longest has 7 pearls.
The Pearls measure approximately 2.5x3.5mm, are a light peach colour and have a lovely iridescent sheen.
They are threaded onto gold vermeil pins and hung from gold vermeil ear-wires.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with 18k gold.
Handmade in my home workshop here in beautiful Devon in the UK, these would make a lovely wedding accessory, a gift for a bridesmaid, birthday or anniversary, particularly a June birthday or 30th wedding anniversary, as Pearl is the recognised stone for these.
They would also make a lovely stocking filler, Secret Santa treat or a special treat for yourself.
These earrings measure approximately 1.5 inches (4cm), excluding the ear-wires.
Your earrings will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza bag.
