Shell pearls are made from the inner lining of oyster shells, which is ground down, shaped and covered with a layer of natural nacre to protect and give a pearl-like lustre and a perfectly round shape. These particular shell pearls are from Indonesia and are coloured to give a silvery grey tone.
Type A jadeite is the most valued form of jade, guaranteed to be 100% natural and untreated without dyes, bleaches, or polymers. Sourced from Myanmar, this jade is prized for its durability, spiritual significance, and vibrant color contrast.

I've mentioned elsewhere that zigzags do tend to crop up quite a lot in my designs, as for me they represent the 'unique' way that my ADHD mind works, going all around the houses and never in a straight line! I think that they create a striking geometric contrast to the mostly round gemstones and pearls that I use, as demonstrated here.
These little zigzag connectors are made from silver plated copper wire and linked to 6mm white and silver grey shell pearls, textured silver plated heishi beads and 4mm Type A pale green Burmese jadeite rounds, all secured with a silver plated toggle clasp which is easy to fasten.
