Full description
A hand thrown & dip-glazed stoneware mug featuring a beautiful fluid blue glaze that floats over a red-brown base. The lower half of the mug has been carved with a texture inspired by ancient ridge and furrow field patterns or the natural sand ripples on a beach.
Due to the artisanal glazing process, each mug exhibits individual qualities, with unique variations resulting from the flow and pooling of the glaze. This ensures that no two mugs are identical.
Handcrafted and hand-glazed in our Yorkshire studio, every mug exemplifies subtle distinctions in form and finish, underscoring the craftsmanship involved.
Please note that each mug is supplied individually and may differ slightly from the images shown.
