My background is in Graphic Design and although I'm now retired I still enjoy the creative process. A lot of my work features birds and flowers and I particularly love combining different materials and patterns to create colourful, one-of-a-kind mixed media pieces.

Full description
This colourful handmade lavender bag would make a perfect gift for a nature lover. Or treat yourself and hang it in the wardrobe to help keep those pesky moths away.
The lavender bag is filled with dried lavender from this year's harvest from Provence. The image on the front is taken from one of my mixed media pieces which I've had printed onto cotton fabric. The back of the bag is plain black.
The bag measures approx.10 cm square. I've used a black cord for the hanging loop which is about 8cm and added some pretty ceramic beads to the base.
I've made a matching tag in case you're sending it as a gift.
