I am a freelance artist & illustrator, whose work is created using a mixture of chalk pastel, pencil and coloured pencil. I sell Giclee Art prints, drawings, greeting cards, wrapping paper, stickers, ceramic ornaments and coasters, tote bags and wall calendars - all featuring my illustrations!

More about this Deer art greeting card -"The Glow":
I used chalk pastels and pencils to create this ethereal drawing of two female deer basking in the glow of the light. The mirroring of the two deer and the two circles contributes to the peaceful feeling of this drawing. It was inspired by my walks in Bushy Park (one of London's Royal Parks), in which the deer roam freely. One time I came across a female deer who was looking up in this way (she was actually munching on a tree branch!) and my photograph of her was the starting point for this piece.
Card size is 148 by 148cm and comes with a white envelope.
It is blank inside and so can be given at any time of year, although it also makes a peaceful and unique Christmas card.
This piece also features in my 2026 wall art calendar, "Visions of Nature" (available in elsewhere in my shop - do take a look!)
