If you're buying a gift, I can send your order directly to a gift recipient with a small note on a gift tag. In this case the invoice wiil be sent via email. Please specify the gift tag text in the "Note to seller" box at the check out.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Important: This bookmark is made on demand, so please allow up to 3 days before shipping, but I do my best to send all the parcels within 2 days of receiving the order. To reproduce the design, I use the same pattern and the same yarn, so the item will look as close to the photo as possible.
