Just to let everyone know the shop will shut for Christmas on Sunday 14th December this year.
Please enjoy browsing and should you buy a doll she will be packaged in an organza bag. I have been given literally hundreds and will use them until they run out rather than let them go to landfill. Also I have been asked why I don't often repeat combinations of fabric with the dolls. It is because I tend to buy remnant stock where I can, tiny pieces of fabric that are too small for most people to use. So often I have only enough to make one doll. I love colour and I am particularly drawn to the delicate prints you can find in Liberty Tana Lawn and Cotton Poplin. This print collection is called Archive Patchwork, a celebration of 150 years of Liberty tana lawn. These Furry Fairy Mice will be in variations of this print.

Full description
This is Amber, a tiny fairy mohair mouse. She is a hand embroidered mouse with little leather ears and tail. She is dressed in a Liberty tana lawn called Archive Patchwork, the autumn tone version, a patchwork of Liberty patterns. She has coordinating underskirts in Acufactum Rust dot, white tulle mesh and white cotton lace bloomers. Her dress is finished with organza ribbon, tiny buttons and little leather shoes. She sports tiny tattered wings and a little felt wand. She is a rich brown mohair mouse with tan ears and a pink tail, white whiskers and an embroidered pink nose. Her pearl bead eye is a deep brown.
She is softly stuffed with an autumn spice mix in her stuffing for a gentle scent and she has a tiny piece of tiger eye at her heart. She has a brass ring to her back in case you want to place her on the wall.
She stands 7 inches tall
She is a folk doll for grown ups and sadly is not suitable for children to play with.
