I had been on the look out for some fabric with autumnal colours when I spotted this stunning autumn leaf design barkcloth for sale. I was only able to source a small amount so the books I have made from it are each a one-off. The colours are stunning and it's hard to believe this fabric is from the 1950's as it looks brand new.

Completely unique, handcrafted 10 x 10cm square hardback sketchbook with 72 plain white pages - perfect for popping in a pocket or your bag for notes or quick sketches on the go.
Made with care from high quality 130gsm smooth white paper which is hand cut, folded, stitched and bound, and then covered with genuine vintage cotton barkcloth fabric from the 1950's. Also available in A5, A6 and A7 Sizes
Each book I make includes a ribbon bookmark and coloured end-papers made from high quality Canford or Canson paper, hand picked to match one of the colours in the fabric design. This book has an autumnal red satin ribbon and matching Canford end papers. The final picture shows the design on the back of the book.
Suitable for a range of media including: Graphite pencil, coloured pencils, gell and rollerball pens.
This book is a one-off, entirely hand made by me in my bookbinding and art studio in Oxfordshire.
