The idea for this pack came from my own journey of weaving together creativity, counselling, and spirituality. Inner child work has always felt especially powerful to me: it’s a way of gently reconnecting with the playful, tender parts of ourselves that can so easily get lost along the way.
By pairing my original lino print Heart of Light with a guided meditation and journalling prompts, I wanted to create a supportive space for others to meet their inner child. My hope is that this pack offers a little light and comfort, helping you to listen to that part of yourself with compassion, curiosity, and love.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Each pack includes:
- An A5 original lino print artwork (hence the slightly higher price), Heart of Light — available in either the colourful Bubble Girl variation or the classic black-and-white design.
- Access to a guided Inner Child meditation (downloadable from my website and yours to keep forever), designed to help you meet and nurture your inner child with kindness and care.
- A set of journalling prompts to support your reflections after the meditation, encouraging you to capture insights, emotions, and personal discoveries.
Presented as an A5 pack, this offering combines art, meditation, and journalling to provide a safe, creative way of connecting with the child within, bringing light, comfort, and new understanding.
