This little book was inspired by my love of journalling as a tool for self-expression, self-care, and emotional wellbeing. In both my personal life and my counselling work, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to put pen to paper and give shape to our thoughts and feelings.
I wanted to create something simple, accessible, and encouraging: something that could slip into a pocket or journal and offer support whenever it’s needed. My hope is that these prompts spark curiosity, reflection, and a sense of gentle exploration for anyone who uses them.
