The decorations on each notebook have been coated in sealant to preserve it. As it is made from wax, please keep it away from hot temperatures such as radiators and fireplaces as this may cause it to soften and melt.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These A5 lined notebooks have been hand-decorated using encaustic art techniques (melted wax). The decorations on each notebook are completely unique, and whichever you decide to take home, is, in my opinion, intended perfectly for you. Let me know which notebook you would like to buy when you make your order.

Please note: in some cases, the wax has bled slightly onto the internal pages as a result of the unpredictable nature of the wax when in a molten state. Please consider this to be a part of the artistic process and treasure these imperfections (use them as a background for a doodle!).
