Hello and welcome to my shop.
I use recycled packaging where possible to post orders. Items are wrapped in new tissue paper and ribbon that can be reused. Bubble wrap and paper packaging around items is a mixture of new and recycled. I try to reuse cardboard boxes for posting where possible. I use Royal Mail 48hr tracked and aim to post within 24 hours of receiving an order. At busy times of the year it may take slightly longer. Please allow plenty of time for deliveries.
I have been making cards for over 25 years. I am inspired by the natural world and feature flower and leaf designs in my work often with an abstract element. I have always had a love of textiles and try to incorporate different, usually recycled, materials in my work. I use my own hand printed papers and handmade paper in some of my designs. Each card is individually designed and handmade by myself and is an original artwork. My cards are not mechanically printed and are one of a kind.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

5 inch grey card with matching envelope.
Card features my own hand printed paper with machine embroidery flower created using vintage threads from my stash! The flower sits on a metallic panel that compliments the design.
Card is sealed in a polythene card bag to keep it clean until used and the card will be sent to buyer in a padded envelope.
