Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
With an image of a cute bat hanging from a branch and a spider dangling from a web this card could be sent as a halloween or birthday card or just to say Boo!
The image of a bat in bright orange boots hanging upside down from a branch next to a spider dangling from a web has been hand stamped and inked in shades of orange, green and grey.
A clear glaze has been added over the boots to give them a shiny finish and the message 'Boo' has been stamped in black archival ink.
The card has been wrapped with a green organza ribbon with a hanging silver metallic spiders web charm to finish the design.
The design has been mounted onto black card to frame it and then onto a white card measuring approximately 10cm x 14.5cm.
The card is blank inside for your own message and comes with a white envelope in a polythene bag. It will posted to you in a board backed envelope for protection.
Your order will be posted by 2nd class post within 1 working day (excludes Sunday and bank holidays).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
