Hi, welcome to Stitched Works, where everything is designed and hand made made by myself.

I strive to create high quality pieces
using repurposed and vintage fabrics.
My inspiration usually comes from a place, where I’ve felt an emotional connection. I think of my art as capturing a sense of time and place, a small moment in time.
The cords and fastenings used for the pendants and brooches are new.
I will usually post items 2nd class, with Royal Mail, within 24 hours of receiving an order. I recycle packaging when possible.

Full description
Waiting for the tide, boats lie waiting for the water to return to the estuary.
The original textile collage, was created from preloved fabric and food packaging waste. Details were added with hand stitching and paint.
Printed onto A4 archival water colour paper which has a slightly textured surface.
The print measures 25x17cms
It is ready for you to add a mount and frame of your choice.
It will arrive in a protective cellophane pocket supported by recycled card.
