Vintage pin cushion, set in a vintage patisserie oval tin.
These pin cushions are made from a gorgeous antique quilt, trimmed with antique lace and a silk ribbon bow.
Matching quilt envelope listed separately.
Dimensions - approx 9cm x 6cm across.
NB the fabric and tin used to make this item may have the characteristics of age, which only add to the charm of the piece - please do not purchase if you like your antique items to be perfect.
