Each dispenser begins on the potter’s wheel, shaped from clay with care and attention. Once trimmed and dried, it’s placed in an electric kiln for a steady, controlled firing that brings out the qualities of the glaze and form.
The electric kiln provides an even heat, allowing glazes to melt smoothly and develop consistent color and texture. Small variations still occur depending on glaze thickness and placement in the kiln, giving each piece its own quiet character.
Once cooled, each piece is unloaded, cleaned, and fitted with a durable, refillable pump. Nothing else is added. All you need to do is add your favourite soap!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

A simple, thoughtful touch for your bathroom.
These soap dispensers are made to last—refillable, sturdy, and a beautiful alternative to single-use plastic. Each one is shaped by hand, and the glaze shows natural variation in colour and texture, depending on how it's applied and where it sits in the kiln so no two are ever exactly the same.
Each one is approximately 14cm wide and 14cm high. Colours and shapes may vary between items.
