I collect odd balls of wool that take my fancy - crimped, thin/thick slub, glittery specks, fluffy mohair, eyelash yarns… you name it, I have it in my stash. This scarf presented me with the ideal opportunity to mix-and-match some of these yarns in an imaginative way.

Full description
A shorter light-weight summer scarf that is hand-woven using a wide variety of yarns to form a striped warp in a subtle range of colours: ivory, white, green, turquoise and rusty browns. This is complemented by an ivory silk weft in a 'syncopated' plain weave. The scarf is 26cm wide and only 133cm long (excluding tassels) making an ideal shoulder shawl for summer. Hand-wash very carefully in cold water and lie flat to air-dry.
