These stud earrings are inspired by the geology of my local landscape - an ancient Jurassic coral reef.

Full description
These little pebble shaped stud earrings are formed by melting recycled sterling silver on to a charcoal block. The serependitous nature of molten silver means that no two earrings turn out the same. I mix and match them to create pairs, each with their own slightly mismatched and individual character.
Dimensions: approx 7mm x 5mm
Supplied with recycled sterling silver butterfly/scroll backs.
All the silver I use is 100% recycled scrap silver from a reputable supplier, which is fully traceable and exactly the same quality and purity as unrecycled silver. It has been recovered from the jewellery trade and IT and medical sectors. This avoids the unnecessary negative environmental impact of mining for new silver.
Inspired by the geology of my local landscape - a jurassic coral reef - these earrings make perfect gifts for people who love unusual contemporary jewellery and interesting textures or geology and the landscape.
Presented in a little branded eco-friendly gift box and recycled tissue paper - ready to give as a gift or to keep for yourself!
