Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This Father's Day card has images of a cafetiere, watch, car keys and laptop and the message 'It's Your Day To Treat Yourself, Happy Father's Day
The main image shows a cafetiere next to a cup of coffee, a laptop, watch and car keys all printed onto a background of coffee coloured card. This has been raised on foam pads above a naatural brown background card, with a diagonal tartarn pattern in the bottom right corner.
A tag style message with the words 'It's Your Day To Treat Yourself. Happy Father's Day' and tied with a brown grosgrain ribbon with gold stitched edge detail has been added in the top right corner.
Inside the card is a band of natural brown card across the bottom edge with a smaller image of a cafetiere and two cups of coffee, with plenty of space left so that you can add your message.
The card measures approximately 12.5cm x 17.5cm and is supplied with a white envelope and inside a clear poly bag. It will be posted in a board backed envelope for protection.
Your order will be posted by 2nd class post within 1 working day (excludes Sunday and bank holidays).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
