This painting was inspired by that nostalgic feeling of the first snowfall of winter when you open the curtains to a blanket of white. The peace and quiet and beauty.

'Snowman Cottage' is a mixed media painting created using gouache paints, watercolour and Luminance pencils and painted on heavyweight Hahnemuhle watercolour paper.
The painting is available in a simple solid oak frame. The mount is a custom single white white-core mount and the frame is glazed with glass.
