This Strawberry design is inspired by a traditional Indian motif and typical to that found in the archives of Macclesfield's block prints. Macclesfield Cheshire is my home town and was once home to a thriving silk industry.
This brightly coloured cushion is designed, printed and made in Macclesfield giving a well earned nod to its silk heritage
