During lockdown my son asked me to sew a frog, so I did...after I finished, he said 'I love him, but he needs a hat', so I added a hat. Once I was finished he said 'now he needs some friends!'
Since then I have done 12 frogs in hats - and no doubt the collection will continue to grow.

This playful Australian Green Tree Frog greeting card features my original embroidery artwork, showcasing a quirky frog sporting a classic Australian cork hat. The frog's cheerful expression and vibrant green hues bring this lovable creature to life, making it a fun and unique design for any occasion. Whether you're sending birthday wishes, thank you notes, or simply a cheerful message, this card is perfect for nature lovers, frog enthusiasts, or anyone who enjoys a touch of whimsy.
The original artwork, titled Australian Green Tree Frog, was created with intricate bead embroidery and hand stitching on fabric. Each bead and stitch was carefully placed, taking weeks to complete, to ensure every detail of this charming frog is captured. The result is a textured print that allows the beads to still look 3D.
Printed on 340gsm sustainably sourced paper, the card features a satin coating that enhances the colors and texture of the artwork. The inside is left blank, so you can personalize your message for any special occasion. Measuring approximately 4"x6", it comes with a white envelope and is packaged in a protective cellophane bag.
