Hi and welcome to Born Again Bears. This name began as the first bears I made were as keepsakes and memories, made by bringing precious items back to new beginnings as special bears to cherish.
I enjoy making all different types and sizes of bears and indeed mice and have enjoyed becoming part of the Folksy family as an outlet for this.
International postage is a new area for me and I will happily combine postage. Please contact me for a price for this and I will do what I can to keep the cost as low as possible.
This is a long pile fur for the size of bear and I just like the challenge.

Full description
This little bear might look like a teasel but she is made from the softest, long pile mohair fabric. She is 8" tall, completely hand stitched and fully jointed with nut and bolt joints. Her fur is a lovely pale sandy colour semi sparse onto a darker backing which I have trimmed, highlighting her sweet little face. With all that fur she needed a top knot tied in a cotton bow! Teasel has English glass eyes and embroidered face and claws, her paw pads and ears are beautiful, soft velvet fabric in a toffee colour. To complete her look and match her pink bow I have knitted her a lace, tasseled scarf in a fine wool.
Please note this is a collectable bear and not suitable as a toy for young children.
Teasel will come wrapped in tissue paper and safely packaged in a clean, reused box for sustainability. I will send her via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked.
