During the mid 1980's i worked as a print and weave designer in my home town of Macclesfield in Cheshire, working in the silk industry.
Macclesfield historically was known for its silk patterns and industry, one of its designs was known as the " Macclesfield pine " which is very similar to the better known " Paisley design "
It is the Macclesfield pine which inspired my cushion design

Full description
This cushion is made from a Paisley style print on cotton velvet and edged with blue pompoms. The cushion measures 46 cm square and has a zipped opening with a poly fibre interior.
It would make a bold edition to both traditional or a modern interiors
