Quartz
Quartzite has undergone geological metamorphic processes making it relatively high on the Mohs scale at number 7, and would likely be the reason this rock was first used in prehistoric times to make tools and arrowheads. Quartz naturally forms in mountainous ranges and its modern cost value is associated with the expense and resources required to mine and extract it.
Crackle quartz
Crackle Quartz is quartzite that has undergone a heat and cool treatment process, this causes a series of veins and crackles internally. The process can also include adding colour at the same time to create many pretty shades.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Details
Lovely delicate pair of Rose Pink Crackled Quartz Drop Earrings with silver plated spacer beads and silver plated ear wire hooks. These comfy drop earrings are suitable for anytime wear and easy to pop in and out wherever you may be. The main body is a rose pink 12mm round crackle quartz bead, topped with a 5mm rose pink round crackle quartz bead which are then top and tailed with a 2mm silver plated spacer bead. The lovely thing about crackle quartz is its semi translucency which partially allows the light through and gives a subtle sparkle as the beads move.
All Catpurr earrings come in a small recycled plastic foam free gift box containing no tarnish accelerating materials and proudly bearing the Catpurr brand logo. Once the lid is on, this rounded corner hard shell container keeps your earrings snug, safe and airtight. The boxes can be stacked nicely and are compact, sturdy, provide safe minimal movement, and are perfect for travel or simply just for display. Also collectible in four different pastel colours, in the unlikely event that you are tired of the boxes, you can simply place them in your plastic recycling to be recycled again. Purrrfect.
