Full description
Little fabric card for a toddler or young child, with a spaceman floating above Earth with his rocket hovering nearby. Blank inside for you to write your own message the card can be used for any occasions such as birthday, starting school or to send a special note.
This is part of my zero-waste range, where I use small offcuts of fabric to create beautiful little gifts.
I fussy cut the image of the spaceman, planet and rocket from fabric left over from my playmats and quilts, and backed it with an offcut of thin wadding. I used a machine quilting technique to add relief to the outline of the images, giving it a slightly 3-D effect.
The fabric is mounted in a tri-fold aperture card in quality white cardstock, and comes with a matching envelope.
