Throwing bottle shapes are my favourite pieces to make on the potter's wheel. The decal transfers are really pretty in emerald and gold and look lovely on the porcelain.

Full description
A porcelain vase with a lovely gold and emerald beetle design. Hand thrown on the potter's wheel, then glazed inside and outside but not on the base. Porcelain clay is fired at very high temperatures and the clay is fully vitrified with the glaze making it completely watertight. The beetle transfer is a third firing at 800 degrees centigrade and is permanent. The vase measures approximately 12.5cm high, 6cm diameter at the base and 1.5cm opening. Perfect for holding several flower buds or plants.
