About this item
A small stoneware bud vase with a dragonfly decoration on the surface. Hand thrown on the potter's wheel, then glazed inside and outside but not on the base. Stoneware clay is fired at very high temperatures and the clay is fully vitrified with the glaze making it completely watertight. The dragonfly transfer is a third firing at 800 degrees centigrade and is permanent. The bud vase measures approximately 8cm high and 4.5cm diameter at the base, but there may be small variations being individually made. The opening measures 13mm. The clay fires a light buff colour. Perfect for holding one or two flower buds or plants.

Absolutely beautiful mini vase! Crafted with care - and the cutest little ladybird too! She's going to be a gift, and I'm so looking forward to seeing their reaction when they receive. Well packaged and speedy delivery. Thank you so much!
