I love throwing on the potter's wheel and bud vases are my favourite shape to make. I really like these gold embellished decal transfers, and a lot of my work features images from the insect world.

Full description
A porcelain vase with a lovely gold and emerald stag beetle design. Hand thrown on the potter's wheel, then glazed inside and outside but not on the base. Porcelain clay is fired at very high temperatures and the clay is fully vitrified with the glaze making it completely watertight. The beetle transfer is a third firing at 800 degrees centigrade and is permanent. The vase measures approximately 10.5cm high, 5cm diameter at the base and 1.5cm opening. Perfect for holding several flower buds or plants.
