I am currently shipping orders twice a week, usually on Mondays & Thursdays. Shipping is by Royal Mail First Class (flat items) or Tracked 48.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Cute postcards that are perfect for pen pals, mail swaps, snail mail, post enthusiasts and anyone who loves getting things through the mail.
The front features my original cute full colour design of a British-style postbox, envelopes, letters, postmark and more, while the reverse is printed with a postcard layout and pretend stamp and postmark. These are thick enough to send through the post as they are - just remember to add a real stamp!
