Welcome to our Folksy shop! We are retired, keen hobbyists who have spent years making and creating.
We make a variety of hand made gifts for family, garden and home in a range of materials including glass, metal and free hand painting.
As much as possible, we like to use recycled materials and packaging to do our bit for the environment along with re-using whatever materials we can.
I love including wording in my fused glass makes, it allows us to create unique gifts for equally unique people.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This hand made fused glass coaster makes a lovely gift for your mum or mum in law. Team it up with her favourite brand of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or wine and every time she enjoys her favourite cuppa or tipple, she can be reminded that she's loved. The coaster has a clear base with tones of orange and yellow in the design and this listing is for a single coaster.
The chunky coaster has been hand made in our Funky Flowers design in zesty tones of orange and yellow. The design depicts a sprig of the flowers running along both the bottom and the top of the coaster, some of the petals have stripes on them with centres decorated with polkadots, others have petals with polkadots. There are also some light green creeper leaves weaving in and out of the flowers which are also decorated with spots.
Both the spotty detail, the green stems on the leaves and the title have been hand painted and also fired into the glass. Finally, it's finished off with a little bee.
The coaster has been fired flat and smooth and allowed to settle at it's own size and shape, so it should be considered a little rustic and quirky but with plenty of charm. Measuring approximately 10cm x 10cm, it will be dispatched well wrapped in recycled packing. Please note that the coaster does not have any pads or feet.
