Welcome to our Folksy shop! We are retired, keen hobbyists who have spent years making and creating.
We make a variety of hand made gifts, decorations and ornaments for home and garden.
As much as possible, we like to use recycled packing to do our bit for the environment.

We are a retired husband and wife who have spent many years making all sorts of things for our own home and garden along with making gifts for our own friends and family. We make garden ornaments, gifts and all kinds of things designed to celebrate the 'specialness' of your own home and bring a little joy to those you love.
Now that the pace of life has slowed, we make and create a variety of hand made goodies using various materials including glass and metal and, while we each have our own individual favourite material, we often work together to create something a little different.
We live, what many would describe, as a bit of a quirky life in a rickety old cottage with uneven floors, sparrows nesting in the porch roof and a friendly visiting pheasant named Phil. We have 3 rescue cats (Ash, Basil and Arthur) and spend our days either making and creating or talking about making and creating.
